1. bass pro shop might have one of the holders but the thing is, it may be hard to find one with a perfect fit. your best bet it to make one yourself
2. 0.12 gram bb's always have a higher fps because they are lighter, that being said, they will get caught with the wind and will be totally inaccurate. use 0.2 or 0.23 gram bb's for the best accuracy.
