**UPDATE**
As we agreed today:
Since he can't get the item he is suppose to refund me in the next days... Since his Paypal account is block ( due to other issues whit other people ) he will try till Monday. After that who knows... He refuse to take my bank account infos for the DD. Looks like he is short of cash and he asked me for a few days till he get things strait.
