Just saw that I can't edit my first post...
So, here is the story:
I ordered a gun from Tony and paid in full on May 10th via Paypal, as the nearest branch of his bank is a 1h30 away from my town. Payment included XpressPost shipping and insurance.
On May 21st, he sends me a message stating the gun is in.
May 27th, I send him a message as I wondered if he meant the gun was in country or at his place. The same day he confirms the gun is with him.
May 31st, I ask him if he thinks he'll be able to ship the gun this week. No answer.
June 2nd, I send him another PM regarding shipping. No answer.
June 4th, two weeks since he has received the gun and still haven't shipped or gave me an explanation/timeframe for shipping. I send him a PM and e-mail requesting a tracking number within the next 24h or I'll ask a full refund. Still no answer.
Today: I make this post, as I consider I should give him one more chance to explain himself or ship the gun. He really seemed like a noce honest guy at first and I don't want to be proven wrong. On Monday I'll have to start a paypal dispute to recover my money.
I do not believe it's acceptable for anyone to take two weeks to ship an item that is instock, unless you have a REALLY good excuse OR you make up for the delay in a way or another. Right now, I feel that either:
1- He is having serious issues that could explain the delay.
2- He doesn't have any ethic in regards to shipping in a reasonable timeframe.
3- He lied to me regarding the date of the reception of the item.
Case 1: I'll discuss and judge.
Case 2 and 3: I'll take a full refund and won't take bullshit/wait more weeks to get the gun, as my airsoft season will be really short this year.
