KSC USP slide stop engaging randomly
 

Hi every one,
I have a KSC USP full size with Creation slide and 16mm threaded outer barrel.
I just finished cleaning and lubing it and decided to shout it again as I have not shot it in months.
My problem is that the slid lock will engage randomly with a partly spent magazine. It will also spit a BB less then 4 inches when this happens.

I have had this gun for nearly a year with these upgrades and never a problem.
Any help would be really appreciated.

now every BB is just rolling out the barrel whether the slid stop engages or not

It seems that the hop up was off or something like that; Gigaknight fucked with it until it worked. Though I wonder if the hop up would have any role to play in this i.e. over-lubing the gun and possibly getting it into the hop up?

Also the slide catch is working normaly......it just randomly started to work right again.
What would cause the slide catch to randomly engage in the middle of the magazine?
