Ebay listing for legal airsoft MP7?

Just wanted everyone's opinion on this, I'm not interested in purchasing but living in Ontario, and knowledge purposes, is this really legal?

[edited: don't post classified ads or links to external ads/sales outside of the appropriate areas]

No. The orange-tipped barrel is a requirement in the US and has no legal significance in Canada.

But it is already in Canada, so no seizure. Probably why he's listing it as "legal in canada".

Can someone with an ebay account report that guy? Last time I check, ebay.ca didn't allow any airsoft sales.

wow the dude who posted that is an idiot.. The blaze orange tip is a requirement in America. In Canada it is required to be transparent/not a replica of a real weapon. The weapon will however get to you because it is already in the country, dont be surprised however if the item disappears (gets banned..)

:Reported the seller:

I sent the seller a message saying that the orange-tipped barrel has no legal significance in Canada...his reply:

Well, I blew up the photo, no trade marks evident, looks good but too smooth...as in a lack of surface detail, so it may fall into the category of a toy, not a true replica.

Like the three A.C.M.s I'd like to get as wallhangers.

Bloody irritating when no gov't dimwit has the balls to come out with some actual, clearly spelled out guidelines.

I'm not sure that would be in our best interests.

As in keeping it 18+?

Most boxes at RSOV say "18 years and over", but some in the under 20$ categories
lack this print, still others like this:

plain brown box.

Well I'm not worried about it right now, I'm more concentrating on finding work,
buying food and clothes and battling the increase in my property taxes.
Though I'm studying how airguns work after seeing plans for a sweet automatic.
When i get the hang of compressed air and valve operation, then I'll look for a plastic shell
to contain the workings i end up with.
