whats a better selection

im new to the sport obv cause im posting here lol..what would be better to get, the $170 mp5 from velocity arms or the multi shot shotgun crossman. i also have a co2 hangun.

Eeyore June 24th, 2009 18:03

Neither actually. That mp5 is really not gamable. If I were you I would check out the classified sections, there are some really good deals right now.

Kuro_Neko June 24th, 2009 18:56

If by mp5 you're referring to the Aftermath Broxa then that is fieldable, a couple of my teammates have them. They're bargain-basement quality but still usable. Crossman on the other hand isn't. Their shotgun is the best of the lot, but that's not really saying much. I'd go with the Broxa.

The shotgun is actually suppose to be very nice.
For general gaming, you'll want the broxa or lycaon(sp?) since you won't be playing CQC all the time.

The aftermath product are hit and miss in term of quality, and you will be outgunned against an aeg with a shotgun..

still the crosman shotgun got and impressive range with .25's

i don't know if your talking about the aftermath mp5 (like others said) but if you are the broxa is pretty good, and i hear that the broxa's and krakens are game-able. The Crosman s34p also has good reviews, personally I haven't tried either of them. just search review for both and find out which you would like more :)

i have a broxa, i got a lemon for sure tough, after 1000 rounds, total failure cracked shell... LMAO so i bought a JG gearbox with a motor and its all fine, problem is, it dosint have a very long range, but nothing a longer barrel a suppressor and a type0 cylinder cant fix
