How can I egt pics of my gear and team in the Gallery? I can't seem to find anyway to upload to my page or anything.

no...I mean on this site. Photobucket's great, but where do I post in the link to this site?

When you mouse over the image on photobucket it should give you a listing of options for linking. Just pick the HTML one and copy it and paste it where you would type normally and it should appear once you click reply button.
