Kraken V3 gearbox help

http://img199.imageshack.us/img199/3...echboxprob.jpg

I opened it up for the first time and ran into a few problems, in the red circle there seems to be a small spring similar to the spring on the tap plate and it isn't attached to anything and im not sure if its supposed to be like that or not, and an even bigger problem for me is in the green circle that part just fell off and a random spring popped outta no where? I searched on mechbox.com to find out how to fix it but there was nothing.

Help is Appreciated, Thanks :D

small spring is suppose to be attaching a pin to a plastic bit, it's the spring to try and keep the circuit incomplete until the trigger is pulled, and the bigger spring goes on the trigger itself.

when i pull the trigger is it supposed to spin the gears?

when you pull the trigger it's suppose to spin the motor, which is in a motor cage, and the motor (pinion) gear is suppose to spin the mechbox gears.

The trigger completes the electrical circuit from the battery to the motor. Nothing more.

Why would you open it up. If it's not working then go and buy another one and then take that one back and get a refund. Simple!
