Help with JG gearbox/parts

7 Attachment(s)
I'd just pickup a JG M4 from one of the member here (Very helpful guy). :p
This is my first AEG and I will take it apart and learn from it. Some of the part I would like to identify.

Here what I've done so far:

and I will paint the receiver tonight:

Can anyone give me suggestion to take the barrel nut off (Real tight) !!

Does any one know what motor this is? It says "Golden Eagle" on the sticker.
But it doesn't have very strong silver magnet.

Gearbox with SB marking (pretty sure its JG), but SB marking usually found in Black JG V2. Can some one tell me if this gearbox reinforced or not (Any relationship with the black SB marking JG V2)?

This Gearbox has metal gear inside and solid metal bushing. (Will take it apart apart later today or tomorrow to take more pics)

Also, those hex screws on the gearbox is lose when I take it out from the lower body, one of them was only half way in the threads (Can turn by hand).
Is it a common problem with JG V2? This gun choroned 360FPS, is it safe to put M120 spring in this gear box?

That's it for now guys!!
Thanks

It's a stock JG mechbox.

Thanks Styrak

So, this is not reinforced gearbox then.

Anyone know if this motor and gearbox combo can pull a M120 spring without breaking?

I've seen these shoot up to 385fps without problems in the short run, however in the long run i would assume a shell like this would break under that kind of stress after awhile. Jing Gong is actually a very good brand however they have the typical downfall to any chinese company, the dreaded lack of quality control. You may have a good one, you may have one that isn't that great. On another note: I'd also stay away from using this in the cold.

"Can anyone give me suggestion to take the barrel nut off (Real tight) !!" - Take a flat head screw driver and lock it behind one of the tabs then apply some decent pressure with a hammer to get the nut (a.k.a. delta ring) to start turning.

Thanks Karnage.

So, I will stick with 360FPS then. My plan was to make it close to 400 and use .25 BB's.

One thing about taking the delta ring off, where do I put the flat head screw driver and apply force? Cause I try so many different way but can't really find a good support point for tools to apply force.

Oh, hows your showroom plan going, I filled the form already and looking forward for some good news. Thanks

Hey Zeta, did you get it back together ok?

I used KSC Perfect .25 bb's with it on a pre sale test.

The FPS was in the 320 range with .25's. Pissed around with the hop up and was getting on target indoor "headshots" at just over 90 ft.
