Helmet questions?
 

Hello all,

I had a couple questions regarding helmet brands. I want to know if anyone makes a comfortable M88 PASGT helmet, that sits on your head well and is not too expensive (ie hopefully under $100, but no more than $150)?

I tried a cheap one on at cabelas, and it felt terrible, and it slid around like crazy. All the pictures of M88 Helmets that I have seen, seem to have the same (dont know what its called) head webbing?

Any insight would be great.

that's what its based on. you could try to find those helmet pads for pasgt's... but i have no idea where, i say google is your friend :)

I got a light weight replica M88 PASGT helmet for 15$ on ebay. It had a shitty chin strap so i put a new one in with the spare belt parts you can get at MEC. And then got some foam from a "foam soultuion" place here in Winnipeg. Its super comfy now and feels/looks great. Hope that helps.

I have one of these and it's terrific.
