Disassemble Y&P MK23?

I have a y&p mk23 and I want to know how to disassemble it. I saw a utube video that it can actually be disassembled. AirsoftGI employees told me it cant lol.

So how exactly do you disassemble it?

Also, is it possible to take out the inner barrel of the silencer?
