Imperial Engravers

I'm trying to reach Dave at dave@imperialengravers.com just like in the ad from djbordie(http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=50415) but I always get this message from hotmail:

Have you tried calling them at the number on their website?

I have just emailed him at that exact email, and it worked. I have been in contact with him almost daily for the past few weeks through that email.
