basically its a Eotech Optional Hood.. Im pretty sure someone will make a good knock off.

So it's just an eotech clone with a laser slapped on the side?

hopefully they move the laser unit to the other side of the HWS(sorry lefties), or split the two lasers lasers up and put it on the top.

And it come in small to XL.
