Cabelas Sig 552
 

Hey guys,
Does anyone know what brand / make of Sig 552 that Cabelas is selling?
Is it the JG version or Swiss Arms??

JG is the Swiss Arms version.

So, is the one that Cabelas is selling a JG?

Its a Cybergun re-brand of a JG.

Do you know if it can be upgraded with TM internal / external parts?

See that big long gun in my signature? It's a JG SG550, its exactly the same internally apart from the longer inner barrel, and I put in a new hop up rubber. On the 552 you won't need to replace the rubber, because you probably won't be looking for as much range as I am. They're very reliable internally, but I would suggest a reshimming.

What's your definition of "good"? I find a lot of new guys get pissed when we say anything under $350-$400 isn't "good" (and that number USED to be $600) and actually suggest some "good" guns like CA/TM/G&P etc.

my define of good is won't break down easily if handle careful

even if your careful a lemon exists and even breakdowns, failures, internal fuckage (is that a word? :D) or bad QC that makes the "good" gun, as you say

well I went to Xtreme tactics since they has Sig 552 for rental, I don't know brand but it do wonderful.

It was either a TM or a JG. I highly doubt it was ICS.
