Can't connect to IRC..
 

Hey, trying to get on the ASC IRC chat..

and I'm getting:

Anyone care to tell me what I'm supposed to do? I'm completely illiterate when it comes to this dinosaur technology :P

I think you might be throttled, try again every 30 minutes or so.

What does throttled mean? lol

It's been happening like this for about 2 days now.

It's telling you to use another port. What IRC client are you using?

In chatzilla try "/server ca.undernet.org 6667"

Strange.

It doesn't work when I click the "IRC" thing in the user bar.. but I can connect when I click on the AD...

don't see a airsoftcanada channel on that server

the channel is #airsoft

Its because I touch myself at night, not you, me. I tough myself at night and that makes it so you cannot connect.

try 6668 or 6670 for your port number. and i recommend xchat for linux and windows users and xchat aqua for mac users. (google for xchat silver-x for windows)


i've also adjusted the link in the navbar to match the ad as the ad expires in a few days.

Also maybe try using a different client. I use mIRC.. stable, not too hard to use and not too much of an eyesore :)
