i also saw the link that said that Marushin is making a Px4 Storm. I know i will definitely be picking one of those up if it is in 6mm.

i'd definitely be interested in picking up a blowback aeg, but how reliable are they? been reading some reviews where the blowback mechanism on the models that have it right now end up breaking...

How reliable are they?

Tokyo Marui has been around for quite a while and is known for long-term reliability, so what do you think. They had to release a new product sooner or later with all the Chinese companies cloning their original designs from the 90's.

gotta love the "no photos" sign in that pic of the v10 gearbox

That girl in the end looked like Michael Jackson.

Looks to be a metal body which is nice. Also looks like they are still going with a tappet-plate which is somewhat dissapointing, I was hoping for something more like the new systema gearboxes. I wonder if it uses FETs or not? The trigger response looks prett awesome, maybe it uses pre-cocking?
Definately something to look at when it's available.
Cheers,
Grant

the chatter on the Taiwanese site is that the M4 will cost 54,800 Yen, so $540 USD....

Crunchmeister October 16th, 2008 19:11

Looks intersting.. Now we'll see how these things turn out. It's nice to see TM innovating again with this new design.

LOL Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed, even before details of the gearbox.

Cobrajr122 October 16th, 2008 19:15

I think im getting an M4 now... depending on when it manages to find its way to Canada :P

Lakonian October 16th, 2008 19:47

That TM is definitely nothing special.

Why don't they make something ACTUALLY revolutionary? ... Like.. New V2, with caged motor? ... or.. something along those lines...

Doesn't look like anything is different. Unless someone wants to translate.
