Cordura & Cellphone
 

Will cordura scratch up the glass my brand-new, pricey cellphone's screen and camera lens? I know I should buy a proper case but the cordura case I found for it is so crummy looking no one will know whats in it.

You could always line the inside of the case with felt, or whatever non-abrasive material.

The material itself wouldn't be the issue for me, more like the sand, dirt et al if you are going to game with it.

Yeah, but that would cost EVEN more money, oy vey!

if this is for use in an airsoft battle you should really make sure your cell phone is protected from bbs.
cells are apparently weak to hits from bbs. my brothers last phone got broke from a stray bb and now his new blackberrys outer screen is cracked from one and our friends phone got its screen broken by a bb.
i dont even carry mine in my pocket to prevent this when were shooting at each other

use an otter box waterproof and no worries i use them when i go cammpin in the bush and i mean protageing and 3 4 days canoe trip to get to the nerst place with a phone.

no they were randomly getting shot while their phones were in their pants pockets
i said to him.. if youre so worried about your phone getting shot again then why is it in your pocket when you know what were doing? mines in the house
