hmmmmmm

ok well i dropped in a new guarder motor
to my ak
and to my suprise the battery got hot as fuck and the motor was sparking near where it meats the gearbox and turns the gears

now im wondering if that is being cause by fuse size
i currently have a 25 car fuse in it
i've never had this issue before so i'm throwing it up there

The fuse size has nothing to do with sparking inside the motor. There may be some contaminant inside the motor causing a short over a pole, or the motor might be a dud.

If you have a clamp-on meter that will read DC, it will tell you what the motor is drawing currently at load. With a stock gearbox, 4-8 amps is a normal range, but it will vary a bit depending on motor. No load draw will be less than that. You can test this by running the motor free on your bench. If you get a reading like 22 amps no load, your motor is toast.

Put some electrical insulation tape on the sides of the motor cage where the end-bell seats.

If it sparks, that means that your have a short somewhere.

It is pissible that you have a problem in your motor too, but the mechbox/motor can should not be elctrified.

So even if your motor is electrified, it should not spark anyways.
