Results from using 2 packages of rit dye wine colour
in a dollar store bucket
2 kettles of boiling water
and letting sit overnight

Looks good comrade, but FYI thats an AKS-74, not an AKS-74M. Late AKS-74 had plum polymer grips (same with late AK-74).

I plan to do the same thing with one of mine.

yeah i was think the 74m for some reason
but that's the solid folding stock

i have a kobra rds for this right now
i got a great deal on one but it had the weaver
now i'm waiting for the proper kobra mount from tantal
before i can put it on

I had a few questions, and they answered them really quick, and professionally. The guy who was answering knew what he was talking about.

Also, Alex ... Customer service doesn't always shipping times, and shipping quotes.

I mentioned the shipping because I remembered about us talking how it's great they're in Ontario and all. Thats why I said FYI.

Good communication is one thing, but their "service" needs to be judged after you actually receive a parcel from them. Otherwise you never know.

now i need to get the Kobra AK mounting plate for generation 2 kobras
also he does sell full kobras for about half all those optics sites charge
there usually around 280 or so with the sidemounts
he sells them for about 180 and shipping is very good prices
i got mine on fleabay from a scope dealer in the uk
and i only paid about 150 for it
but alas it was weaver mount on
so i have to grab that mount from tantal

i'll post new pics as soon as i have the kobra on
and touch up a few paint scratches that occured when i stripped the entire gun down and did some mods
