HELP ME PLZ! Mrairsoft.com problems
 

Hello, Ive just recently placed an order for some airsoft guns from Mrairsoft.com, I read their shipping policies and such and, Haveing no problems so far, I order the guns, after witch I Notice the "disclaimer" witch reads:

"Airsoft guns have to be under 500 feet per second and have a clear outer body if a person wishes to attempt to import one from outside of Canada.
Any Airsoft Guns not meeting these requirements will be confiscated and destroyed. MrAirsoft will not process or ship any order that does not meet these legal requirements. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges on confiscated items."

Now having already ordered Guns from the site (that meet all requirments other then "Clear outer body") I want to cancel my order, because im sure they will be confiscated, The order is still pending but I cant figure out how to cancel it, Some help would be nice. New to this whole onlne buying thing. :banghead:

Well they said they won't ship any order that doesn't meet those requirements. So if they keep their word they'll probably contact you or cancel it themselves. Don't really know though.

Well if you dont see any options to cancel, your best bet would be to email the seller and have them cancel it. Aside from that contact whatever financial institution you use for a credit card and have them place a stop payment. Not the cleanest method but it will work.

If you havent already, I recommend you place a little research into airsoft in Canada. There are a few threads in this websites FAQ that maybe helpful to you. Please take the time to read them if you have not yet done so.

Just call that and ask for help. Or ask to speak to their manager.

Oh man, this is why your research EVERYTHING before you do stupid stuff like this buddy. I'll assume it was just a HUGE oversite on your part but everyone knows. YOU CAN'T IMPORT AIRSOFT GUNS, try with all your might to get in contact with them and cancel that order.
When did you place this order?

less than 24 hours ago, Yesterday. Ive sent them 2 e-mails stateing to cancel the order and that in their disclaimer it says they wont even process orders that dont meet those reuirements, so they shouldnt have any problems canceling it.

Both e-mails I sent told them BOLDLY to cancel the orders and how I messed up.( Oh jeez i messed up :banghead: )

Well, just wait for them to respond.
