Krylon and Painting

Don't know if this is the right section, but does Krylon paint need to be "sealed", like with a clearcoat or something? I've done about 4 coats of it, just wanna know if there is a way to seal it. Nothing glossy though.

Testor's Dull Cote works well. It'll also help prevent the Krylon from chipping and scratching.

It is not really necessary to add a clearcoat on a spray paint job. If the job was done properly it will be all right!
I have been a graffiti artist for about 6 years. So I know a lot about spray paint. Also, I have done many spray paint job on airsoft guns. trust me.
