Neil_N March 11th, 2008 15:23

Never mind iv alredy found the answer

Mags with dummy rounds in them are ileagal to import, you shouldnt have a problem with the rest. As far as i know anything to do with launchers is considered a prohibited item.

M203 Launchers and Shells are banned items

They are banned and will be seized and destroyed after 120 days

I ordered a transparent g-36 mag with fake bullets... no problems
the canadian customs left a message in the package telling me that it is illegal to order black airsoft magazines!?!?!?

TokyoSeven March 11th, 2008 23:00

Funny how half the times customs doesnt even know its own rules and regulations isnt it?

Inade March 11th, 2008 23:03

I guess you just have to get lucky as to who is verifying your package. If it's someone who doesn't know his job very well then you're probably not gonna get your magazine's lol... :D

thats why I hesitate to order across the border..I dont want to get my stuff seized eventhough its 100% legal

You know I never could figure this one thing out. CBSA will go to the greatest of lengths to make sure that airsofters have to go through hell and high water to get a airsoft gun into canada. Yet guys smuggle (don't quote me on the figure) thousands of illegal guns that fire real bullets across the border. I think they're a little misguided

LOL...but they still sent the mags anyways? Morons. That's fuckin' hilarious.

TokyoSeven March 12th, 2008 01:15

There was someone in sask that ordered a bunch of sig 552 mags with faux bullets. He receieved all of them too, but they were all taken apart. Im sure it was fun putting them back together.

seabass March 12th, 2008 01:19

ive heard of strange shit happening like receivers coming over the border. its rare but there is that one in a million chance that it could happen

(WARNING: one in a million may not be actual chances)

Qlong March 12th, 2008 01:47

for some reason I just pictured people building a giant slingshot and shooting receivers over into Canada.

Vendettaseve March 12th, 2008 02:00

Wonder if you could get natives to smuggle them over for you whilst there doing their cigarette and fire arms runs. That would be an interesting twist.
