you cant import any type of reciever (or just the part you wanted) unless it meets these specs: clear (NOT EVEN TRANSLUCENT) and does not have "US MARINES" trademarks or any other trademarks saying that it is by an established army

Clear MAY make it, but may be seized. And trademarks have nothing to do with getting seized.
