Doctor needed (Maruzen870)

I need a doctor for my Maruzen/CA 870 Charger!

It is not loading anymore and the pump is free floating. I have tried new mags but still nothing.

If any one is in the position to help it would be greatly appreciated. I have no problem mailing the gun to a smith.

Thanks for your time
Jeremy

By free floating you mean that you can't rack the pump and set the spring? Can you tell if the loading nozzle is broken? There is a little black nubbin that hangs down from he cylinder that is meant to push the BB into place to fire. They are easy to fix if you can find the parts. I can look at it if you want.

I took in apart tonight and noticed that i cant get into the mechbox because it has specialty torks with a hole punched in it!! I think that floating problem was because it was partialy racked then put into safe.

So it seams that it just doesnt like to lad most of the time.

i have seen many a pump shottie break and the majority of them break here ( see pic )

the long metal rod is attached to the pump handle and because you have said the pump free floats means that this peice ( in the picture ) may be broken. if that is the case the only thing that will fix it is new part from another shottie. i have tried to pin and jb weld one back together with no success.

You can get the Torx screw driver pretty much anywhere. The screws in the shotty are so that not just anyone can open them up. If you do manage to open yours be aware there are alot of small parts ready to jump out and the trigger mechanism is easy to disturb

I have found a part but the only retailer is in England
