Alrighty I ordered 2 uniforms from The Cat at Felix tactical 2 weeks ago and have had no correspondence since. I sent him his money, by paypal, and have never heard anything from him since. I also sent him a pm asking for tracking info , which he has read but never replied to. He has been online and has seen the message. I will shortly be reporting him to paypal, as this is not an acceptable way for a retailer to work. This was ordered in plenty time for Christmas, and soon as money was sent, no more communication.

did he say how long it would take for a response? Leave negative feedback if not satisfied.

While this is a good excuse, it doesn't make up for the fact that some people choose not to inform the buyer that their item was even shipped. Leaving you in limbo... Not saying anything about this situation, just in general. Good communication is key to a successful trade, regardless how long shipping takes.

The website clearly says "Usually ships in: pre-order" when you click on "add to cart" the first time.

From the FAQS:

Felix - you REALLY need to fix that problem. I'm a smoker and even then the smell was overpowering, like cuban cigarettes or cigarsmoke. It's completely unnaceptable for purchased products like this to arrive in that condition.

I had the same problem.

I washed the helmet several time with everything I could find. Even left it outside for 3 days. It never completely went away.

Appropriate feedback left.

My vest has been washed twice, febreezed, locked in a storage room with an ozone machine, smell is only begining to fade. Great products, but I agree with others that products should not arrive in that fashion.

The point being nothing should NEED to be cleaned when it arrives. Chain smokers whatever........If it is that far gone, it should be forewarned. Brand new stuff that is saturated with nicotine is no longer NEW, is is smoke damaged. Simply put, if you buy anything from The Cat expect is to get to you smoke damaged, and unless you smoke 3 packs a day, it is disgusting.

Thanks for the heads up! I was going to buy but I can't stand the smell of smoke, and it's probably not good for the babies either. Think of the children! lol

God damn, I hate the stink of that. Anyone got any cleaning tips for all of us that actually work? I feel sick when I get near my S10.

Like I said, I left mine outside on the deck for over a week then washed it in hot water. It still smells tho. Never did wear it, and I wouldn't sell it to anyone else out of principle.

And I'm a smoker.
