He says he only ships to the US but I asked him if he would ship one here and we'll have to wait and see. I know that its pretty useless really but I thought that it was a novel idea and i'd like one in my collection.

Does it look like a firearm of any form? Not that I know of, so I dont think it falls under any replica laws, unless theres a law somewhere stating that replicating a pen is illegal, then in that case, no it wont make it.

OK I just sent him a message showing two threads on ASC that discuss the want/need for these airsoft pens here in Canada. And I asked him to reconsider.
