Question about 007airsoft
 

Hi guys ,

I dont post often (just a watcher) but now im really wondering what's is going on with 007airsoft i sent like 3 e-mails so far and no reply (beside the auto reply)

So anyone can tell me if they managed to contact them ?
i really want a mp5 a4, its gonna be my second big gun (for me anyway lol)

I dunno if Ken is on holiday or something but he usually answers emails quickly and is a very kind person. Just wait a bit longer

Phone him. I've called Ken before and he's picked up.

Ken is great. I usually don't wait more than 12hours for a reply. Just hang tight, mate.

I forgot to mention that i sent the e-mail on monday and then waited 2 days and re sent one on wednesday

yea ive been waiting for about 3 days for a reply too but still no answer so far this has happened both times ive messaged him

Usually, it takes at least week for me to get a reply, sometimes more. Lately, anyway.

The average time for me to get a reply from ken is about 2 weeks. I know it's a long time, but you will get a reply.

+1. I'm waiting on a response to an email sent last Thursday. I've sent another on Tuesday. Still nothing. Oh well, all in good time. He had that Christmas order cut-off and might just be too busy filling them to take on new orders. Just speculating.

Guys, I have over 300 in my inbox right now, if you don't mind, give me a call for your inquiries, I'm always here at the office but usually are busy taking calls and seeing customers, or working on guns :)

do any of you guys know when ken will resume taking orders? i understand that the cutoff was the 16th (of November), but when will he start taking them again?
