870 not loading
 

i have tryied a new mag and have determind that it is just the plactic feed lips that have wornout. Has any one else had this problem.

its the mag one so i would assume, How long ago did you get this man? i was talking to you and ray a couple weeks ago and you didnt get it yet. Did it break that fast?

i was lucky enough to get my hands on the full matel G&P which is maruzen internals and full metal body.

I cant seem o find anyparts online at WGC or UN.

Beautiful gun on the outside, sadly the internals by Maruzen are very fragile.

The loading nub on the underside of the piston breaks off easily, and is the usual way that gun dies.

To avoid the problem for as long as possible, you can pump the shotty smooth and proper each shot and don't over load the mags. If they hold 30rds, put in 15–20 so the mag spring doesn't put too much pressure on the loading nub.

There is an airsoft webstore in Europe that I came across once, that has the complete internal piston assembly for the CA870's. Price was around 70 euro. Sorry I don't have a link, but if you look around you'll find it.

God only knows why that part isn't availble in metal by Angs

Well you could try Jafa. He was able to bring in a couple loading nozzles for the CA870. Good price as well.

found, woldairsoft UK has em for 13L. should be 50 ish to get here.

Now find someone with a machine shop and have them clone it in aluminum.

Best idea I've heard all day! Then I'd get another CA870 with all G&P metal exterior :)

i will be ordering it in a few days, when it gets here i have a few machinest friends and i could see what they could do. But like the trinozzel it might just be a pipedream.
