The part on the right side of the page you are referring to has a link to the mount you need(The big picture of a mount is what gave it away for me).

That is for a real rifle though... will it work on my VFC HK416? I am not knowledgeable about real parts in that area. I saw that mount there the first time I saw the sling but thought it could only be used on a real weapon. Just let me know and I'll buy it right up.

Thanks for all the great options guys, if I would have known that the real steel ones would work for airsoft I would not haved asked that noob question. I am an HK type guy so I did not know all the little in's and out's about armalites, but HK had to up and make a M4 variant. So I guess I would be right in assumeing that this mount would work fine on my gun right?

i'd recommend this one:
http://optactical.com/ggagreslad.html i've used it with that exact sling. don't boy a ring like someof those suggested with the round holes, get one with a long straight hole. the nice thing about this mount is that it works with any stock tube and can be installed without disassembling anything. also it looks pretty cool. |

I would recommend the Blue Force Gear USC sling over the Specter.
It's more modular and better quality. |
I cant find that one to check out... you got a link?

It now comes with an extra fastex buckle. This is for when your in a vehicle or crowded space you can have it as a two point tight to your body. Once out in the open you unclip and your back to single point. |
Actually, some feedback on the Blueforce.
Blueforce uses a thicker poly-cotton webbing as opposed to plain old 17337 webbing. As a result, it's bulkier and it doesn't flex as well, particularly when you're wearing it over a first line, second line, and third line setup. Now, that weakness is also it's stength. It's STRONG. The fastex buckles are bulky and, from my usage anyway, make a big bump in the line right about chest level. Now, i got the contractor pack and the sling in question is the one that converts from a one-point to a two or three point. So perhaps that's why it does what it does; anything made for multiple purposes won't necessarily do any one of those things particularly well. Honestly, the only reason I haven't made my own is a lack of CB webbing in 1.5"; Otherwise I'd throw a KISS-model on the market. I'm kicking myself for selling the Phantom 1-point I had. Drop dead stupid simple, cheap, and works great. Now the TAG one-point is magical. http://www.oneshottactical.com/merch...ry_Code=SL-TAG |
Actually the Blue Force Gear sling are nylon.
The reason they feel other wise is because they are solution washed which also has other benifits beside feeling really nice :D |
