ICS vs. TM AK guns

Im interested in buying an AK 47 from TM or an AK74 (new version) from ICS and i was wondering if anyone has heard about the long term reliablility of the AK74. ( and yes ive seen the thread about long term reliability). I was just wondering what your guys think is the better gun for the money. WHAT IS THE BETTER GUN:
ICS AK74
TM AK47

Use the "search" feature. This is the 5th thread regarding these two MFGs.

My ICS shoots 350+, has been shimmed, and looks closer to the RS than the TM, right out of the box.

IMHO, the ICS is much better in terms of build quality/performance. Much better than my TM spetz atleast.

OH, almost forgot.. The ICS sounds 40x better than the TM.

I don't know if you had a bad day but telling someone "Use the search feature." either tells me you want to run your post count or you simply have a knack for replyin with useless information.

I have used the search feature in this instance and there is no blunt comparison thread that compares the TM AK-47 to the ICS AK-74.

IMO A person who owns both of these airsoft guns would easily be able to give a good comparison of the two; than an individual who only owns the one wouldn't you agree ?

I appriciate the fact that you have gave some usefull information but i'd like to know more about how the ics compares to the tm ak not the spets one, thanks.

I owned both (still own the TM). Anyone that can read a review will be able to spot most differences at once.

If Kos' points are completely "useless" to you, I have no idea what the hell you expect to hear.

i simply said that the search feature was no use in this case because i have used it.
As iv'e stated above what i expect to hear is what the person started this thread in the first place expects to hear and thats a comparison between the two guns, basically what was good about the tm 47 you owned vs what was good about the ics 74 you've owned and what was bad between the two and your problems between the two thats all i ask..

Good to see you edited your last post a bit.

There is barely any difference between the Spetz and the AK-47 for TMs.

Fine. Heres a quick run down.

ICS adv. over TM - full metal where it should be. More realistic bolt carried resign and field stripping overall. The newer variants come preupgraded with reinforced gears, metal bushings, better motor, etc, etc, etc. Ready for a drop in spring upgrade IMO. They fire with a greater velocity out of the box. Its damn solid. I found that it also holds a large battery in the stock, that my TM stock needed modification for.

TM adv. over ICS - More available currently, usually cheaper but not always. TM internals are awesome for reliability (well proven world wide). Millions of aftermarket kits/parts these days. Some people prefer the classic '47 look. Its also a very solid AEG, but not as solid as the ICS.

I think that pretty much covers it...

Cheers,
Alex

Well, I gave you my opinion. I also gave you a brief comparison. Then, I gave you some advice as to where you can look for information.

I don't see that as an attempt to "run my post count".

Anyway.. those were found in less than 2 minutes of searching...

I have the G&G RK-104 and it is solid metal, off course it has been upgraded internally, I cannot ask for a better AK variant AEG
