Grenade Launchers...

Ok stoopid question I know because it's probably buried somewhere in the forums here and I have yet to find it.

Is it possible to order Gun mounted grenade launchers from outside of Canada without seizure? I assume it is not an item that can make it past the border? Am I correct?

PLEASE... don't blast me for this question. lol.

It used to be okay (only the ammunition was illegal, airsoft or real steel) but recently they changed the way so they are illegal too. Get em through a retailer or from the classifieds.

Grenade launchers have been prohibited from import for over 2 years now.

Yeah... kinda figured as much. Will start looking within Canada if I am ever interested in buying one. A friend of mine was looking to buy one from Redwolf and asked me if it would make it in.

Thanks for the help guys.

I was going from the stuff that MacGyver posted a couple months back.

Just imported a Star GP-30 grenade launcher for my AK74 from ehobby, arrived in record time as usual and was opened by customs, tariffed and released.

Holy. Maybe they only get their panties in a bunch about M203's?

I have this nagging suspicion that a Moscart mini launcher will make it through, but then again, I'm not willing to risk my money or my travel ability to test the theory.

Besides, I'm a M203 kinda guy.

Luck of the draw I suppose!

They even seized a replica of a KAC Standalone Buttstock Module from me, JUST BECAUSE they assumed it was part of an M203 grenade launcher mechanism.

Bastards.

Personally Ive always thought, one of those mosquito molds PEQ launchers would make it through, without the shells of course.
