m203 front mount problems
 

I installed a barrel mounted M203 on my CAM15A4 SPC. I ordered P107M which is the front mount for the M203 specifically designed to fit the CAM15A4. It's a really simple mechanism but I tried for hours to align the screw and holes.

I finally gave up and checked out the mounting hardware. When I align the two halves of the mount back to back, I noticed the holes of the two pieces don't line up 8-O. Well no wonder I had such a hard time mounting the thing.

Anyone else experience this? Did I just have a 1 out of 1000 deffect or are all the mounts this tricky?
