Important Prob With Gaz !

Hey guys, I have a Tactical Master TM (Barreta) that I brought on 007airsoft but since it "close" i can't get new cans of HFC 134a gaz. So my question is what's going on if I use Green Gaz on it ??? It's really important, I don't want to broke my airsoft but I want to play :banghead: . Thx for helping me out !

Note: (I'm french... so sorry for my gramm/voca errors.:D )

Sorry, the TM Tac Master does break it's slide with continued propane (green gas is propane) use. Takes awhile, but it'll eventually break. The situation may be better with the coming colder weather. Propane, as well as other 2 phase gases, exert less pressure in the cold.

Hmm. Maybe it would be a good idea to post translations of some of our FAQs. Perhaps have a french FAQ (FFAQ?) section.

There are french translations. If this guy completes his profile and says where he is, I'm sure local people can help him.

As long as you stick to Tetrafluoroethane duster you will be fine.

Make sure you pick the right kind (read the other answers). I'm not joking; if you tell us in your profile where you live, people near you will be able to tell you much more information.

Computer Duster gas will NOT break your gun IF you choose the right kind and use some liquid silicone oil.

better than nothing

bwt my TM M92f is on it's 3rd plastic slide in 6 years on green gas and propane.
Average out to 2 years a slide.

I brought difluorethane bottles of gaz but now how im supposed to fill my magazine ??? Its not same as bottles of 134a gaz. I need an adaptator or something like this ?

Amgoosen November 17th, 2006 17:34

you need an AI duster adaptor, check the ASC armoury link at the top.

Mantelope November 17th, 2006 17:35

Difluorethane isn't the right stuff; it's lower pressure, so it won't even necessarily cycle your gun, and it'll eat your seals. Bring it back and buy tetrafluroethane, or HFC134a.

Ok thx I see the situation but I can't find 134a gaz in Quebec. So i'll try to find the right type of gaz (tetafluorethane). And for all newbiefrench here gaz in french is same :) .
