how much would one of those vests cost?

THE CAT November 14th, 2006 23:26

The basic Armor cost:
$300CND + Shipping

For the one above:
No pricetag since this is my personal modded vest. But roughtly around $450CND. If you want one like mine, I can surely arrange something for you. Just let me know.

Cheers!

nice rig and definitely not made in china but its still in asia. can you say philippines? check out http://krukspec.com/ they also have some cool stuff.

THE CAT November 14th, 2006 23:36

No it's not from china off course... emdom is doing some nice gears too. But when you look for nice gears you have too talk to the manufacturer directly. And they don't always speak a sparkling english. It take weeks, if not months to develop a good business relation.

And I'm not taking about shipping, customs, delays, reliability and so on...

THE CAT November 16th, 2006 00:43

Yes 1000D. Stiching is well done, doubled in critic places.

Goldman November 16th, 2006 01:41

Is it that shiny in person?

THE CAT November 16th, 2006 01:44

Not at all! A close range flash on a brand new vest... that's all.

DuffMan November 16th, 2006 02:38

It's not shiny, but has a bit of lustre.

THE CAT November 16th, 2006 02:44

That's because it's new. Use it a few time... when it will be dirty, just wash it with cold water and cow brand soda.
