Dye

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I would like to dye the plastic furniture for my TMAK and I was wondering if anyone knew what product I'd use for this.

Mainly I dont know what kind of plastic it is, and I've never dyed plastic ever.

If someone could help me out that would be great.

Dye? Paint might be a better idea. Krylon works really well, and is available at any Canadian Tire.

The plastic is ABS and they make paints formulated to dye/color ABS. They can be had at Crappy Tire.

I wasnt sure if the furniture was ABS as well. Seems a little different in grade.

I know people have used plum Rit dye and boiled their VFC AKS74UN pistol grips to obtain a more accurate color. I don't know if the TM plastic is of similar material because Rit won't dye just anything.

I just want to dye the plastic black so that I can have a set of wood furniture and black furniture.
