Importing Stocks?

I was wondering on weather it is ok to buy stocks from the US? I Found a nice one on a few different pages but all the sites were US or HK no Canada!

If it is no problem then you have just made my day.
But if not then there are a few others i like aswell and are sold in Canada.

Thanks

Seems like for everything, it's a hit and miss gamble. They are not illegal, but if the customs officer has a bad day...

I dont like to gamble with my money. Up to you. Get age-verified and order from inside Canada.

I would think it to be a low-risk gamble. When was the last time you heard of some innocent bystander getting hit by a stray bullet in the middle of a stock fight?

Oh shit for a sec, I thought stocks as in like money... I'm like wtf does this have to do with airsoft...

Never know man, wasn't some swiss guy send like a M700 Bolt and got caught by customs while back, and some dude didn't pay till a bunch of ASCers bitched?

I've ordered and recieved a crane stock and a G36 battery stock from HK and got them both, but I also know people that had their plastid MAG mags returned to sender because they didnt make it through customs.

Yeah Raiden, there was a huge thread about that and everyone looking for some guys head/balls on a plater. But I thought it was the Zero Trigger that was seized.

im having douts about the stock i want, its the magpul sniper stock and it has a rial on the bottem of it for a uni-pod. I heard from a few people that getting anything with a rail on it is hard at least over the Can/US boarder. The only reason im looking for it out side of canada is because on other sites i have found them for $240 where most sites like UN and Redwolf are selling them for like $350+.

I think whoever you've been talking to should take a few more hits from the pipe because that's quite the smoke they're blowing.

It's not that it would necessarily be seized, but it IS all about a total lack of common sense in how the rules are applied any given day by Customs.

How can we explain stupid rules?

You'll have absolutely no problems importing stocks of any sort.

PTE. Pyle October 17th, 2006 20:21

get them to declair it as simply a rifle stock if you are concerned at all.
