And on a separate note I have no idea what 1337 means, other than you think you're cool.

1337 comes from playing counterstrike i think.
1 = L
3 = E
7 = T
in alphabetically, it spells Leet. it makes no sense until you pronounce the L than say leet. so it means, "elite"

To me and many others it means Lame.

1337 = GH3Y = GHEY = GAY or LAME
