M4 SAW + 249 Bag?
 

I saw a picture a little while ago where someone took an M249 Saw Ammo Bag and rigged it to his M4, And because i think the bag looks better than the Drums, I was wondering if anyone knew how i could do the same modification

[Edit] I Found A Box Mag that resembles an m249 Box Mag
But its listed under Manual Winding, How does it work? And is this like the hicaps where you gotta keep spinning that dumb wheel?

Also, is it possible just to use the Upper Receiver for the shrike kit? i would still like to use my current RIS with it. So the Shrike Upper Receiver would go good with the box mag
