Will CA handgaurds fit ICS m4a1?-Search No Help

Just as the title stated will the CA m15a4 Handgaurds fit the ICS m4a1? Ive tried searching on Arnies and ASC but I could not find an answer.

*Without any modifications and barrel movement.
