VFC Version trigger contact issues

Can the VFC trigger contact be replaced with other generic brands like SHS etc?

Upon swapping, the semi fire does not work

Check if the cutoff lever engages or sticks when you spin the gears with the gearbox open.

IIRC, had the same problem with a G&P trigger assembly on mine too. But managed to make it work somehow...

The COL acts as if nothing is touching or engaging.

yeah, I managed to solve it by reusing the "contact chariot" from the old/stock VFC switch assembly.

Maybe changing the cutoff lever could help too.
