What is the minimum age req'd to play at your local field?

18+, 16+ with a parent. Might want to add that.

At your local field, ie the one you frequent the most.

voted 18 but some 16's may be permitted after meeting them and getting perental consent-involvment.

Usually it seems like no one there checks. Things are pretty unorganized sometimes. Same with chrono'ing, sometimes there isn't even a chrono there lol. So people usually set it in stone in the threads themselves, but when you get to the field, if you look 18 and just sign the papers normally, you could probably pass off for the whole day without someone noticing.

Really, the age seems to be 16+ for the players there. I don't think I've seen anyone playing at the games I've been at to be younger than that, from looks alone.

Local field is 16+ with parental consent, 18+ without.

If you're asking what the minimum age SHOULD be, it totally depends on the player. I know some minors that have played and are very mature, respectful, and cool. I know some 20-somethings that shouldn't have a sharpened pair of scissors let alone a firearm.

I voted for 16+, since I was 16 when I played my first game.

My field will be on a case by case basis. But the normal age will be 16 +.

Was 14 when I first played. Looked 18 enough, others could hardly believe I was 14.

Agreed. 16+ with parental consent is an option that is needed for this poll.

Hmm, I've played at FlagRaiders, Paintball Nation, and SGT Splatters, mostly at FR though.

As I was saying before, the age seems to be 16+ for all the fields I play at, but it's solely up to the host.

Dont get me wrong here, but I think theres only one club in Alberta that enforces a strick 18+ Rule, but even then there have been exceptions for a couple of us ;)
