SP M203 and aftermarket barrels
 

HEy

I have SP M203 on my CA Barreled and bodies M4, does anyone know of a way to securley mount the M203 to the CA thicker outer barrel? I'm told the mount kit wont work with CA outer barrels.

I had to buy this from WGC :

Which worked with some modification but the ring itself has a larger inside diameter so it can fit around any aftermarket barrel.

I dont mean the froung mount, i'm talking about the rear portion that mounts on the outer barrel that meets the body.

If you look at the pic, there is the mount that goes on the outer barrel at the rear of the M203. Sadly you can't get this separatly, I checked everywhere and they don't sell just the mounting ring. So you either get this or you find someone that can make you one part like this.

I remember someone telling me something abour rubber hose before, how secure is this and doe anyone have further info?
