pvs 14 purge?

Hi guys
I would like to clean my ocular lens and would like to have it purged afterward, is there a local place in toronto that offers the service? or can I do it myself at home?

According to some knowledgeable guys on ARFCOM you can purge it with computer duster if you dont have nitrogen or argon on hand.
