Kjw G23 - Cracked nozzle/blowback housing

Hey everyone,

While doing some cleaning and such on my glock, I noticed that the blowback / nozzle housing is cracked / missing a portion of the metal.

Just curious if this will effect performance and need to be replaced (which I assume it would)?

Just wanted to bump this encase anyone else has this issue.

I did replace the blow back housing. Upon doing so I did notice a increase of 5-15 FPS. I'm willing to assume it was due to the cracked housing. Hopefully this can help anyone else should they encounter the same issue I did.

Well it looks like your hammer damaged the blow back housing. If there was a fps improvement it might be because of of the piston cap/lid leaking gas out of that crack.
