Building a new Lower
 

I've never really tried such a thing. So I was curious what all is involved with building a new lower reciver for my G&G Scar L. I love this thing, so making it usable indoors and outdoors with a switch of lowers interests me greatly. Money isn't a huge issue for me, but I'd obviously rather not spend more than the gun is worth.
