Looks like a civilian 4-way softshell in black, and some cold weather work gloves.

Ya, that looks like a MIsty Mountain or something for the jacket, gloves look Tiger Direct. LOL

The Condor 'Haze' jacket is the same as their 'Summit' more or less but without the velcro flashes etc. Great product. Could be that.
