Baofeng GT-3 Mk2 issue
So I accidentally reset the radio and now everything is in Chinese. I can't figure out how to fix this and I've been through YouTube and watched videos but any links related don't work. I just want to smash this thing. How do you change the language. Thanx

Figured it out. Does anyone know what I use to program? Chirp everyone says. I tried but everything is in question marks when I use the UV5R
|
There are different types of software available, with Chirp being the most popular. Take a look at Milkor's site, it usually has a lot of useful information regarding this. In any case, you can actually program it manually (that's what I do, since no cable; quite easy once you to know the procedure).

Thanx, I'll look it up. The manual doesn't really explain anything. I get a little dyslexic when it comes to learning unfamiliar grounds, and I'm an engineer/technician. This stuff is all alien. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it.

Couldn't figure out the software for the life of me so I found a video of the UV5R manual programming and I did that instead. Worked.
