Are Bio BBs still toast?

It's been a while since i've been active and now that I am seeing all these outdoor fields are BIO only, last i checked bio BBs chached up guns-is that still the case or have they stepped up there game?

They're better and don't start to fall apart as soon as you open the bag.

I think they used to break down based on heat and humidity but IIRC they've now changed it to break down from UV. TBH I still use Styrene BB's at home and I'm half finished a bag of G&G Bio's that are average quality (they were what was available at the time) it looks like they're still good to go, and the package was opened in September as the season was winding down.

bioshot, bb bastards, elite force are good from my experience

Add Madbull PLA to that list. The one in milk like cartons. Thy are every bit as good as the bastards.

The Bio BB game has been stepped up immensity.
Bioval, BBBastard, Madbull, Elite Force, King Arms.
I've run all of them through my gun at some point and not had any feeding/firing issues.

Thanks Fellas, I better go buy a battery....and a new rail set....and those those magpuls...and that patch....and insufficient funds.

Spike April 4th, 2015 09:38

I know a lot of guys that pretty much exclusively run the Madbull Bio .32s. Not because they're bio, but because they're .32s :p

I also really like the Green Devil BB's. Haven't used them for 3 years but they were pretty decent back then. If they haven't changed anything they'll still be decent and if they have improved them they'll be even better. They're quite popular in Europe/UK, I remember paying a little less than 15 quid for a bag of 4K BB's IIRC.

That said use what's available and if you "truly" want them to be bio look for independent lab testing to verify (IIRC Bioval and Green Devil have this because they're Bios are approved for use in the EU, madbull probably does as well).

Green devils are still awesome. All I've used for the last 5 years.

Comeau-SCS April 4th, 2015 16:29

G&G bio bb are also very good. Their .28 have amazing consistency.

There's a lot of sufficient bio brands out there. Plus one for BB Bastards though. Best BB ever.

Thenooblord April 4th, 2015 21:01

I bought over 30K .32g elite force bio bbs over 2 years ago, theyre still just as good as the day i bought them and they run fine though my GBBRs

SuperHog April 5th, 2015 11:23

Green Devil ..... BB Bastard

Which one is the best? They are both Canadian rebrands.

Blackthorne April 5th, 2015 11:25

We treat ours better and have documentation to back them up as being biodegradable. We also have a reputation for supplying to Military and Law Enforcement, local reps, and top notch Canadian based customer service.

But I am biased :D

Ricochet April 5th, 2015 14:01

Green Devils are British.
