Are you in Vancouver?

I haven't seen those outside of the Lower Mainland.

AFAIK they were brought in for field testing purposes and to see what people thought of them when they were introduced. That said, there really are only like 5 major manufacturers of BB's (just like with bicycles, Giant OEM's for a bunch of companies and I think Cannondale's parent company is a big OEM too) and it's likely a rebrand of something or other.

Yeah, I'm in Vancouver..
My friend was picking up a GBB pistol from a craigslist sale, outside this guys door there were a shit ton of these bb bags sitting there...I asked him how much and he said 4 bucks..I was going down to tigger airsoft to grab 2000 bbs anyway..but since it's right infront of me..I just paid him 4 bucks and took a bag (this guy had a old sign outside saying airsoftgear.ca lol)

but anyway..I expected it to be a rebrand anyway lol

and yea, you are right about bikes..many rebrands..Gaint is big..like gaint..LOL

those bb's aren't bad at all. They feed very well in my PTW.

Yes I also used them for a bit too, although I think I paid more like $10 a bag. Fed fine in my KSC Glock 19 GBB (this one can be finnicky with ammo) and in all 3 of my other rifles.

Like I said, a majority of it is trying to establish a namebrand and a segment in the market. Running with the bikes example from above, Cannondale is a big name but it's parent company also OEM's for GT Bikes and Iron Horse. Same factory, maybe slightly different geometries, groupset, experience levels (eg. Walmart special vs mid end vs pro sponsored carbon) and markets but at the end of the day a bike is a bike. With the above example I don't know how it works exactly because there's only so many build factors you can have in a BB. As long as it's smooth/polished with no seams, feeds fine and flies straight then it's all good.
