How Do i remove a stripped screw?
 

Guys,

I have this Glock on my table...
The front chasis screw is loctited into place but I need to get into the trigger mechanism to shorten the pull and sear engagement.

Problem is the client stripped the goddam screw down to its vaginal regions that that the cock of a screw driver no longer has any bites to it. She's too loose now! Used and beaten half to hell.

How in the fuck do I get the two to intercourse and screw each other's brains out? Literally. Any DIY ways?

I've heated the screw to try and melt the loctite but I cant physically turn the screw head anymore.

Sorry for the lewd description. I'm at my wits end and pissed off to the fucking T.

screw extractor bits sometimes work.
I have super glued or epoxied allen keys to stripped heads (sometimes you need to drill into them a bit).

edit: Heating up the loctite will still help loosen the screw.

And dear god tell me they didn't use red loctite?! :(

If you can get at it with a cut off wheel or a file you can cut a slot in the head and back it out with a flat head screw driver

Oh and for those looking to avoid this themselves, use Vibra-tite VC-3 threadlocker!
Doesn't harden.

No idea what kind of loctite he used.

Heat. Hair dryer, hot water and worst case a flame of some sort.

No flame for this case. Is the screw that goes into the grip. The risk of deforming the plastic is a bit to high for that. I'd say go with the stripped screw drill bits that were posted already. That would be the easiest.

Of you can try a left hand drill bit which may spin out the old screw if the head is totally stripped out.

PSA: Please don't loctite screws that screw into ABS. It weakens the material and makes it brittle. I've lost sights twice to sudden disintegration.

Yeah, loctite is not plastic safe!
